Returns
Although we are sure that you will be happy with your purchase if you do have any cause to return it, please send an email to sales@platinumjubbly.store and we will send our return info.
As per the standard UK returns policy, you must inform us of any intention to return within 14 days of receipt and you have a further 14 days after this notification in which to get the item returned to us. Returns will be refunded less the cost of our outgoing shipping which will be noted on your invoice.
Returns requested/received outside of these policies will not be accepted.
